Selection process

Our selection process varies slightly depending on which area you join. But one thing is always consistent: You will have plenty of opportunities to show us what You are capable of.

All applications must be made on-line. Instructions on how to apply are given on our “vacancy” site.

  • As soon as we receive your application you will receive an automatically generated message of confirmation.
  • The recruiter who is dealing with the vacancy screens the CVs received and decides which candidates to invite for an initial interview. If required candidates can be also contact for phone interview to clarify some CV details.
  • The recruiter conducts the initial interview with the candidates who have been selected and check their competencies required for position. Also candidates can be invited for testing of functional knowledge or IQ level.
  • Candidates passed first stage will be invited for interview with the hiring manager, the person who has a vacancy in his/her department, who will once again check their functional knowledge.
  • Candidates, who will successfully pass all interviews and tests will be invited for job offer.

We recognize that often there are a number of suitable candidates for only a single vacancy. If you are not selected we strongly recommend that you continue to actively monitor the Azercell job vacancy site for future vacancies.
