One more roaming agreement signed by Azercell

Azercell Telecom JV, which has a roaming partner in Tajikistan MeqaFon (Nort-West) since 2001, has concluded an international roaming agreement with another mobile operator of this country — Somoncom (Indigo Tajikistan North) company. Therefore, Azercell Telecom JV, the leading mobile operator of Azerbaijan, has expanded possibilities of its subscribers with mobile communication in Tajikistan.
