Azercell Telecom has contributed to socio-economic development of the regions: Azercell Express office opened in Shamakha

Azercell Telecom“ JV, leader of Azerbaijan cellular communication market, has opened “Azercell Express” office to provide all kind of services to its subscribers. “Azercell Express” office combines in themselves the functions of Sales, Payments Receipt and Customer Services. The first such office, which will be opened in six Azerbaijani regions, was put into operation in Shamakha. Official opening ceremony was attended by Natig Mamedov, chief of Shamakha region executive administration, and Serdar Canogullary, “Azercell Telecom” JV’s General Manager.

In his speech Serdar Canogullary interpreted opening of the first “Azercell Express” office on August 27, 2004 in Baku as a new page in “Azercell Telecom”’s activities. There are five “Azercell Express” offices in Baku at present. “Azercell Express” is a form of service, which has analogues neither in Azerbaijan, nor in the CIS member-states. Sales, Payment Receipt and Customer Services in one office is not only convenient for subscribers, but also saves their time! Serdar Canogullary said that at present “Azercell” numbers about 12.000 subscribers, 2 dealers, 6 subdealers, 60 sales points and payment reception point in International Bank in Shamakha region. This is a very valuable achievement for the company. During a short period other “Azercell Express” offices will be put into operation in Barda, Aghdash, Mingechavir, Shamkir and Lenkoran. In this connection he congratulated the company and wished newly opened “Azercell Express” offices successful activities.

Therefore, “Azercell Telecom” JV has demonstrated with an example how modern services must be provided to subscribers and how it cares about subscribers’ convenience not only in Baku, but also in provinces. The company, which applies latest innovations and modern standards in the communication sector, leads here as well! “Azercell Telecom” has contributed to socio-economic development of the regions. Opening of “Azercell Express” offices in the regions also means creation of new working places and additional earnings in the region’ budgets.
