Azercell offers new “DostCELL” service

“Azercell Telecom” JV, leader of Azerbaijan cellular communication market, has offered them new service. The service that could be used both by post-paid and pre-paid subscribers is called “DostCell”! “DostCell” allows Azercell’s subscriber to ask another subscriber to pay for his call. One subscriber can use “DostCELL” service three times during a day.

Rule of the service usage

To use the new service the subscriber just needs to dial phone number of another subscriber . The subscriber also could send a request via +99450, 0099450 and 050 phone numbers. In this case subscriber B will receive the call from subscriber A and send him a voice announcement through IVR service (Interactive Voice Response asking he/she to pay for the call. If the subscriber B would like to pay for the call, he/she must press button (if does not — button ) and then without dialing any phone number connection will be established with subscriber A and subscriber B will pay for the call.

Deactivation of the service

The service usage could be suspended individually. For this purpose the subscriber must enter his/her user number (phone number) and password on the web site subscriber.azercell.com. If subscriber doesn’t know or forgot his/her password, he/she should press “forgot password” on the same web site and get the password on his/her mobile phone via SMS . Then the subscriber enters section “Update Profile” and if he/she lifts the flag under the point “Allow Pay4Me Calls”, then another subscriber could not send him request.

At first the service will be active for all subscribers.

The subscriber also could ask Azercell Customer Service to suspend the service usage.

Cost of the service is paid by the subscriber that fulfilled the request in accordance with his or her tariff packet. For more information about “DostCELL” service visit web site www.azercell.com.
