New Front Office - Customer Service Centre of ”Azercell Telecom” JV now is open!Baku, August 01, 2006 “Azercell Telecom” JV, leader of Azerbaijan cellular communication market, has put into operation new Front Office, which has no analogues in the country, to provide its subscribers high-standard services.
The new office located at 2 B. Bagirova street, Baku.
The new Front Office offers better conditions and sophisticated equipment to contribute to customer satisfaction and provide high-standard service.
The Front Office has 20 serving desks, 4 major account subscribers’ serving desks, 4 reserve desks, 2 bank representatives, more than 36 seats for waiting customers. The new office also has a sound-absorbing ceiling, high-quality air-conditioning, effective enlightenment and parking. Special equipment for queue conducting and monitoring, provides diverse options and will allow the company’s staff to serve subscribers in a quite business atmosphere and to economize their time at maximum.
This is the third such customer service centre opened by “Azercell Telecom” JV. At present one of this offices placed in the Fountain’s Square provides service to in average 700-800 subscribers per day and during the special campaigns about 1,000 subscribers come to the office every day.
In addition to Customer Service Centres, “Azercell Telecom” has opened 5 “Azercell Express” offices in Baku and 6 in various regions of the republic. In such offices “Azercell Telecom” subscribers could resolve their problems, receive answers to all interesting questions, join to any of dozens of services.
