In october Azercell installed 40 more stations!
Baku, November 01, 2006 “Azercell Telecom” JV continues its work on expanding field of its coverage and to provide high-quality telecommunication services in the country.
In October the company installed 40 new stations in Baku and regions of Azerbaijan, of which 14 ones in Baku, 2 ones in Sumgait and the remaining 7 ones in Gakh, Zardab, Nakhchivan, Oguz, Sheki, Lerik and Agjabedi.
Installation of new stations allows providing “Azercell’s” subscribers, number of which constantly grows, with reliable communication services.
Totally 267 stations have been installed in Azerbaijan during first 10 months of 2006, what helps “Azercell’s” subscribers who lives in the regions to establish reliable communication not only with the capital, but also with all over the world. Leader of mobile communication market plans to install a total of 289 stations untill end of this year. In order to provide communication services “Azercell” has 2 reserve subscription bases, 11 systems to control base stations, 13 centres of mobile commutation and over 1000 base radio stations.
