" Azercell Telecom " is awarded by the Ministry of Taxes

“Azercell Telecom” JV is awarded for being the largest and exemplary tax-payer in 2005 among the " TUSIAB”s members and for contributions to strengthening social, cultural and economic relations between Azerbaijan and Turkey.

"Azercell" is the largest tax-payer in the non-oil sector of Azerbaijan.

In 2005, we paid $85.014.740 USD in taxes to the State Budget and, for 10 monthes 2006, $73.781.961 USD. During our 10 years activity we paid $303.941.553 USD in taxes.

In 2005, “Azercell Telecom” JV’s payments to the State Budget of the Azerbaijan Republic were equal to 4,09% of the total.
