“Azercell Telecom” JV has signed the GPRS/MMS roaming agreement with Belgian mobile communication operator – “Mobistar Belgium” company.

This is the third Belgian operator with which GPRS/MMS roaming agreement has been signed. Until now Azercell’s subscribers used and continue using services of such Belgian operators as “Base Belgium” and “Belgacom-Proximus”.

Up today “Azercell Telecom” JV has signed GPRS/MMS roaming agreements with 62 network operators from 30 world countries.
