Azercell Telecom JV and Celtel operator from Republic of Niger has put into operation one-sided (Celtel’s subscribers in Azercell’s network) international roaming service. This is the first roaming agreement with Niger’s mobile operators.

Up today Azercell Telecom JV has concluded 336 roaming agreements with mobile communication operators from 140 countries around the world.
