You feel at home with “RoamCELL” : roaming service with Mobile Telecom-Service (Kazakhstan)

Azercell Telecom LLC has put into operation one-side international roaming service with Kazakhstan Mobile Telecom-Service LLP (NEO) (GSM 900) operator. We should recall that this is the third roaming agreement with Kazakhstan.

Currently, Azercell subscribers can use the services of Kazakhstan operators like K’Cell and Kartell LLC.

So far, Azercell Telecom LLC has signed up 348 roaming agreements with mobile communication operators from 141 countries of the world.
