Azercell has commissioned for its subscribers another Azercell Express office in Baku. Mr. Halim Ates, CEO of Azercell Telecom LLC has participated in the opening ceremony of this new center located at: Quarter 3005, Javadkhan street, 3rd microdistrict, Nasimi region of Baku.

In his speech Mr.Ates has described the main goal in opening this new Azercell Express office is to render more quality and operative services to the subscribers of Azercell: “Our subscribers applying to Azercell Express offices can settle all their affairs in one point. The service extended to subscribers in such offices is in line with Azercell level”.

Mr.Halim Ates stressed that a new Azercell Express office in Baku will work at the basis of the concept of one stop shopping. This means that any subscriber visiting this office can complete payment for phone conversations, use customer services and buy a new phone or number. According to Azercell’s CEO, the company intends to offer high quality service for all subscribers in Azerbaijan. For this reason, it is envisaged to open new other offices not only in Baku, but also in the regions.

It should be noted that recently, new Azercell Express offices have been opened in Yevlakh, Salyan cities, and Shuvelan. Currently, the company has 15 Azercell Express offices across the country.
