K’Cell

GSM Kazakhstan LLP was established on September 30, 1998 in partnership shared by the biggest mobile operator in Turkey — Turkcell (51% share) and national Kazkhstan Telecom Provider — Kazakhtelecom (49% share). In May 2000 Turkcell has transfered all its shares to the affiliated company FINTUR Holdings BV. At present time Fintur share is 51% and Kazakhtelecom is 49%.

It broke into the market under the K’Cell trademark on February 6, 1999. Currently, GSM Kazakhstan is a leading company on Kazakhstan cell market owing the fast consumers base growth, investment volumes, quality and a wide range of services.

Moldcell

Moldcell started its operations in Moldova in April 2000 having launched a new phase in the development of mobile communication sector in Moldova. Moldcell shareholders are: MolFintur SRL holding 1% of the shares and Fintur Holdings BV owns 99% of the shares. By means of Moldcell Fintur marks one of its successful accomplishments on the market of Eastern Europe.

Moldcell is a dynamic GSM operator that aims to satisfy its customers through high quality services and products in Moldova.

Moldcell network is available to 88.82% of population on more than 87.51% of the territory of Moldova.

Azeronline

Azeronline was established on the 29th of December 1999 by Azercell company. Azeronline aims to provide high-quality Internet services in accordance with world standards.

Azeronline plans to make the Internet available throughout the country. Points of Presence (POP) are already in Baku, Guba, Genje, Nakhchivan, Sumgayit, Mingechevir, Sheki, Gebele. Azeronline offers dial-up and ADSL-connection services. At the moment the latter is available for users of 430, 431, 433, 438, 439, 484, 493, 494, 495, 498, 499, 403 and 510 PBX. In near future other PBX users will be able to take full advantage of the latest Internet-connection service ADSL.
